Change in the legal environment: How much do we want it, and what are we willing to do for it?
There are a lot of talks these days about the change in the legal environment.
About how much we want to have a system in which we, as lawyers, can practice our profession without unrealistic pressures and expectations.
A system in which there are enough actions for society to perceive us as a helpful service and not a waste of time and money.
Therefore, many ideas and activities were born, coming from companies or associations trying to solve these inefficiencies for us.
But many times, at the end of the day, I end up wondering how much we, as individuals, are open to change? And how much are we willing to do for that change?
How much are we prepared to replace "I want it done" with "I will do it."
These are genuine questions that I, being part of the same group as you, end up asking me. I often wonder if what I'm doing is enough to make an impact or if I'm not waiting too long for others to do it for me.
I wonder, like many others, how I could do things differently to have more effective results for those around me - be they customers, collaborators, team, family, friends.
We wrote these lines as an invitation and a message of reflection on which to let our thoughts fall and maybe even analyze it, as we like, for a coffee, a tea, a cake.
Here I share with you three questions that, for me, prove to be magical every time I ask them:

What do I want from myself in the long run?

How can I share these things and with whom so that my message reaches as far as possible?
